Hello, my name is Carlson Hui, and I founded my notary practice with the goal of delivering transparent, efficient, affordable, and stress-free legal services to my clients.

I bring 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions, having worked as a conveyancer at a well-established notary office in Richmond since 2018. After receiving my commission as a BC Notary Public in 2024, I’ve continued to handle a wide range of real estate transactions with precision and care.

Beyond my legal expertise, I am actively engaged in my community, serving as the Chairman of a strata council. This role has given me valuable insight into managing strata disputes and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in purchasing and selling strata properties.
