Do you take walk-ins?

We would greatly appreciate if you can contact us 10 - 15 minutes prior to arrival since the notary might be out for bank runs and mobile appointments. 

Separation agreement

Unfortunately, BC Notaries cannot provide legal advice on Familty law matters or witness a Separation Agreement.

After business hours appointments

We understand not everyone is avaliable on weekdays 9-5. Give us a call and we will try our best to accomodate appointments outside of our regular business hours.

Does the notary offer mobile appointments?

We do offer mobile appointments across Delta, South Vancouver and Richmond. Kindly contact us for details.

What do I need to bring in for notarization?

We require two pieces of valid government issued identification such as Driver's License, BCID Card for all notarization appointments.

What are your fees?

Due to the complexity and variations in documents and transactions, we do not have a online fee schedule posted. Please contact us for pricing details.
